PE Round 92 for Emoxic

#PrivateExchange round pic for ~emoxic, of her character Liulfir, a wolf-spirit general who guards the frozen wastes, and one of the skull-headed wolves under his command. Took a while to get inspired for this one, but once I got to the stage where I started doing the lighting, it got a LOT more fun.
